Cabin Rates

2011 Winter Rates 

 

These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. 

 

Meachams and Schoolhouse:$85 a night, occupancy 1-2. ($60 Mon thru Thursday) 

 

Denoon: $95 a night, occupancy 2.  ($70 M - Th)

 

Dana:  $120 a night, occupancy 4 to 6 ($80 M - Th)

 

Ansel Adams:  $170 a night, occupancy 6 ($120 M - TH)

 

John Muir:   $180 a night, occupancy 4 - 6.  ($130 M - TH)

  

Audubon:  Non-smoking, no pets.  $200 a night, occupancy 4-6. ($150 M - TH)

 

Lee Wulff:    $230 a night, occupancy 6.  ($190 M- TH)

 

Dutch Lady/Hearttree $385 a night, occupancy 12 to 16.  ($290 M - TH)

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed By Credit Card, or Money Order. Fern Creek Lodge gives a 10% discount for a 7 day or more stay, except holidays. 14 day cancellation notice is required on non-holidays. Full payment for holiday reservation is required 30 days in advance of the holiday. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.  Group reservations must be paid 60 days in advance and are non refundable at that time.  Rates on reservations made more than 6 months in advance are subject to seasonal adjustments.

  • Housekeeping units and have limited Daily Maid service.
  • All units have cable TV. 
  • Kitchens are fully equipped.  All linens are provided. 
  • $10 per night for additional guests IF cabin allows. 
  • Subject to Mono County bed tax.  Currently 12 %. 
  • Minimum stay on weekends, Holidays and summer months. 
  • Holiday reservations may be higher. 
  • We reserve the right to adjust rates at any time without notice. 
  • Pets are welcome with advance notice.  They may not be left in the cabin unattended at any time for any reason.   $10 a night fee for each pet.
